What is a Body Well?
Our ultimate transformation program - for moms, by moms.
Your body goes through a lot as a mom. From trying to conceive, to pregnancy and birth, to the challenges of raising our little ones, it is no joke.
And that means that for many of us, we stop taking care of ourselves.
We get it. We've been there. And that is why we created Body Well.
Body Well will help you, no matter what stage of motherhood you are in, to feel your very best by focusing on improving overall wellness.
In 8 weeks, we will focus on fitness, nutrition, mental health, sleep, and more. All in an effort to help you focus on YOU and whatever goals you have for yourself right now.
So whether you want to lose some weight, do a push up, or master burpees - we can help.
Or maybe your goals are around nutrition- nailing those protein/fiber recommendations that can be so hard to figure out, or getting in more fruits and vegetables. Or even figuring out how to cook healthy meals you and your kids will eat. The recipes provided in Body Well are delicious, easy to make, don't require 40 different ingredients, and are kid approved!
Whatever your goal, Body Well can help you get there. You just have to get started.

Sessions Include:
-Two small group workouts per week that are focused on strength and endurance.
-Customizable meal planning template, recipes, and nutritional guidelines.
-Group chat for accountability and support.
-1-1 weekly coach check-ins.
-Fit4Mom on demand virtual workouts.
-Weekly challenges and workshops to provide education around imrpoving physical and mental wellness.
We start each in person meet up with a moment of connection, to check in with each other and build our bond. This is what makes Body Well like no other program out there. The moms who you enroll with become your sisterhood for these 8 weeks, with each of you having each other's backs. It is not an anonymous program, or a crowded gym class, or a one on one lonely training session with an instructor. It is a small group that works together toward each other's goals.

Our Next Session Starts This September!
Weekly workouts will be Mondays and Thursdays from 8pm to 9pm in front of the Matthews Library.
The number of participants is limited since it is a personalized program.
