Join us every Sunday at 7am for a free community run in preparation for Fall Run Club+. This free run is for anyone to join and for all fitness levels. Strollers are welcome as well!

We'll be meeting at Squirrel Lake Park in Matthews by the play ground to start off our run. Email us or message us on social media with any questions!
