Group Fitness Instructor
We are a group fitness tailored to moms (pre and post-natal fitness). We are the village of support for mamas dedicated to the principle that if mom takes care of herself first, she can then take care of her family. Some of our classes let mama bring her child(ren), but you are never babysitting as she is fully in charge of her child(ren) during class.
We are seeking a new Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. Your role will be to lead 60 minute fitness classes in outdoor locations. When a mama comes to class, you will initiate contact and make her and her little ones feel welcome, provide a supportive and fun environment with a great workout.
You will work with our fabulous team members and report to our franchise owner. We provide training and tailored frameworks for workouts while encouraging you to add on as you would like.
What You Will Do:
-Build and maintain relationships with clients
-Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
-Provide a point of sale as needed by explaining different membership options to new members
-Provide safe workout options for all levels of physical fitness and have the ability to tailor the workout for all levels and abilities.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have less than a year of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
-High School or GED
-CPR/AED Certified
-Group Exercise
-Group Training
