As a paying member of FIT4MOM South Charlotte + Matthews, I agree to the below hold policy:
Holds can be taken up to 3 times in a calendar year (Jan - Dec) for a maximum of three months total over the course of the holds. Each hold can occur for a minimum of 2 weeks. Your first hold will be free; all subsequent holds will be charged a $20 hold fee. Future monthly dues will be prorated based on the amount of time your account is on hold; once you return from a hold, one complete billing cycle will be required before any subsequent status changes (holds, cancellations, etc.) to your membership can occur - i.e. if you hold your account January 15-31, you have already paid January dues, hence February dues will be prorated. The first complete billing cycle would occur on March 1; the next subsequent change in membership status would be allowed on March 2. There are no refunds associated with holds, cancellations, other changes to the status of your membership, membership dues or any fees. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the franchisee. Any change to this hold policy will not affect holds currently in effect. Holds automatically end on the date discussed, please ensure you are aware of the date as any required payments will automatically be deducted.
