Stroller Barre & Wellness Workshop with Jessica Toro

It's time for that barre burn mamas! Stroller Barre begins at 9:30am, please bring mats and 2-3 pound weights for class. Stroller Barre is a 60 minute stroller workout (however-no strollers are required to take the class) that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood. After class, Jessica Toro, a local business owner and mama, will lead a mediation and take about overall wellness to ensure mamas feel their best! This event is open to the community.
