Hey Mamas, I am a new instructor here at Fit4Mom South Charlotte and Matthews. I currently teach Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre. I have only been apart of Fit4Mom for about a year, however I love the community and I just had to become a apart of it!

I have two kids whom I w3ill be homeschooling in the fall. It is awesome that get to come with me to workout and meet new friends! Something I found missing in my motherhood was community and I finally found my Village.
