Hey! I'm Lauren, and I'm an instructor for Body Ignite. I have two kids and another one on the way. I joined Fit4Mom as a way to get exercise while also getting that social interaction for myself and my kids. Two fun facts about myself are that I have lived in 5 states and visited 24 stated.
